As per the Resort child policy the stay for children below

- No charge for below 6 yrs.
- Rs. 4000+ GST. for 6 to 12 yrs.
- Rs. 6000+ GST. for 12 yrs. or greater than it.

Above rates are per room per night. 

Prevailing taxes are applicable as per government notifications. 

To hold the room on a confirmed basis, we would require 50% advance payment. 

Room type and rates may vary at the time of confirming your room reservation subject to availability 

An early departure would be liable to pay room night charges for the entire booking period. 

An additional charge is applicable for early check-in and late check-out, subject to the room's availability. 

All bookings will be confirmed following a 50% advanced payment basis at the time of confirmation and rest before 7 days of check in. 

All given rates are on special case only & management have all rights to withdraw rates without information 

Reservation will be treated as confirmed, subject to realisation of payment via NEFT, Bank account credit, or cash payment. 

Retention charges will be applicable for guaranteed or confirmed reservations if not cancelled 15 DAYS before the arrival date. 

Any reservation amendment/Changes are subject to availability and as per revised booking policy of the Resort. The cancellation/modification charges are standard, and any waiver is at the Resort's discretion.
